Join Volition Franklin and the City of Franklin Police Department for a presentation discussing local emerging drug trends and what our community can do to help protect our youth. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear first hand experiences from a local Drug Recognition Expert, learn the signs and symptoms of youth substance use, and gain a better understanding of the local trends in drug use.
